All our sourdough is baked by Thoroughbread, Kirrawee. Thoroughbread is an artisan bakery, for all bread & pastry lovers. Thoroughbread is hand made from scratch, using a range of naturally fermented sourdough’s containing only, flour, water & salt, using the best organic & Australian ingredients they can can source. They push the fermentation of our dough’s creating a unique result, without the use of commercial yeast, added improvers, added gluten or other dough conditioners.

The award winning barista milk range for espresso based coffee, was designed by coffee professionals around the world to texture and stretch with any coffee type. The MILKLAB range of products, includes milks made from SOY, ALMOND, MACADAMIA , FULL CREAM and LACTOSE-FREE dairy milk and are being heralded for their capacity to hold form under the wand. The range also includes Australia’s first locally produced COCONUT MILK for coffee.
